Der Oberste Gerichtshof von Korea (koreanisch: 대법원; Hanja: 大法院; RR: Daebeobwon) ist das höchste ordentliche Gericht der südkoreanischen Justiz mit Sitz in Seocho, Seoul. Das Gericht wurde gemäß Kapitel 5 der südkoreanischen Verfassung eingerichtet und hat die endgültige und umfassende Zuständigkeit für alle Fälle mit Ausnahme der Fälle, die in die Zuständigkeit des koreanischen Verfassungsgerichts fallen.
大法院（韩语：대법원／大法院 Daebeobwon */?）是韩国的最高法院，位于首尔瑞草区。大法院与宪法法院均拥有违宪审查权限，差别在于：大法院若认定法律或命令具有合理确信之高度违宪疑虑时，会将案件移交宪法法院审理。

Es besteht aus 14 Richtern, darunter der Oberste Richter des Obersten Gerichtshofs von Korea.
