大陆委员会（简称陆委会）是中华民国有关海峡两岸事务的主管机关，成立于1991年1月，专责统筹处理涉及中国大陆与港澳地区关系之政务，并视情形委托民间团体中介处理涉及海峡两岸之特定事务。此外，在香港及澳门各设有办事机构。其主要对口单位为中国大陆的中共中央台湾工作办公室（亦挂有国务院台湾事务办公室衔牌）。

Das Staatliche chinesische Devisenamt (chinesisch 国家外汇管理局 Guojia waihui guanli ju, englisch State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE)) ist eine Behörde der Volksrepublik China. Sie ist verantwortlich für den Entwurf von Regeln und Bestimmungen für Aktivitäten im Devisenmarkt sowie für die Verwaltung von Währungsreserven der chinesischen Zentralbank, der Chinesischen Volksbank (People's Bank of China).
