中国西部AI创新港位于咸阳市高新区，由西安交通大学、咸阳市高新区与新华三集团联合建设，总建筑面积1.98万平方米，主体建筑高度约30米。其功能定位包括人工智能产业聚集与数字文化沉浸体验，涵盖人工智能大模型成果展示、AI企业孵化、数字游民栖息地及数字文旅体验等业态 。项目主体建筑呈O形结构，于2024年10月进入建设关键阶段。配套的咸阳高新图灵人工智能算力中心（300P）于2024年6月底投入运行 。
中國古琴博物館 中国古琴博物馆
中国古琴博物馆位于西安市沣东新城沣河东路，是全国唯一一家经过文物主管部门备案登记的古琴专题博物馆，馆藏文物1000余件，其中1、2级文物300余件，设“源起长安”“天下谁人不识君”“秦派百年”“左琴右书”“古法斫琴”“浩瀚典籍”“百琴堂”等展示单元，并提供古琴艺术教学、古琴鉴赏音乐会、非遗长安道家养生茶艺体验等服务内容。
