施光南（1940年8月22日－1990年5月2日），男，汉族，中共党员，祖籍浙江省金华市金东区源东乡叶村。中国著名作曲家、音乐家，被称为“时代歌手”，为新中国成立后我国自己培养的新一代音乐家。 1940年8月22日出生于重庆，父亲施复亮是共青团早期领导人，母亲是四川省江津县人。 施光南1948年回源东叶村老家上小学，1949年在金华城内小学毕业。解放后随父母移居北京，在父亲影响下开始学习作曲，1957年中学毕业后被中央音乐学院破格录取，1959年转入天津音乐学院作曲系学习，先入中央音乐学院附中补习两年，再转中央音乐学院作曲系学习。1964年毕业于天津音乐学院作曲系。1964年毕业后分配到天津歌舞剧院任创作员。曾任全国青联副主席、中国音协副主席。

主要作品有：C小调钢琴协奏曲，弦乐四重奏《青春》，管弦乐小合奏《打酥油茶的小姑娘》，小提琴独奏《瑞丽江边》。获奖作品有：《祝酒歌》获庆祝建国30周年献礼演出一等创作奖及1980年听众喜爱的广播歌曲评选第一名，并被联合国教科文组织和亚洲文化中心选为在亚洲青少年中推荐的歌曲；朱逢博首唱的《洁白的羽毛寄深情》在听众喜爱的广播歌曲评选中获奖；《吐鲁番的葡萄熟了》在1980年文化部及中国音协主办的优秀群众歌曲评选中获奖；《立功喜报寄回家》在全军第三届文艺会演中获优秀创作奖。

施特劳斯曾于1867年在这间小屋中写下了他最著名的"蓝色多瑙河华尔兹舞曲".1863至1870年间，施特劳斯和他的第一任妻子曾居住这间小屋里。这里向游客们展出的是这位伟大音乐家曾经使用过的家具、乐器、生活用品以及他的画像、照片、文稿和乐谱。 　　市公园中的施特劳斯纪念碑吸引了众多的游客合影留念。1921年在为纪念碑揭幕时，维也纳交响乐团就在此演奏了"蓝色多瑙河"。施特劳斯的墓碑就树立在中心墓地离贝多芬、舒伯特、勃拉姆斯和施特劳斯父亲的荣誉墓碑不远的地方。
