Pyrrhischer Krieg
皮洛士战争（Pyrrhic War，280-275 B.C）指的是罗马共和国征服亚平宁半岛南部诸古希腊城邦的战争。这场战争因伊庇鲁斯同盟的国王皮洛士而得名。皮洛士是古希腊时代伊庇鲁斯联盟的国王和统帅，著名的军事家和政治家，也是罗马共和国称霸亚平宁半岛战争中最强大的对手，西方谚语“皮洛士的胜利”即出自他的事迹。

Pingjin Kampagne
平津战役（台湾称作平津会战）是中国近代史中的第二次国共内战“三大战役”之一。1948年11月29日开始，1949年1月31日结束，共64天。林彪、罗荣桓、聂荣臻、刘亚楼指挥中国人民解放军东北野战军和华北军区部队进攻，以伤亡3.9万人的代价，歼灭及改编中华民国国军3个兵团，13个军50个师52.1万人，控制北平、天津等华北大片地区。

葡萄牙王政复辟战争（葡萄牙语：Guerra da Restauração、西班牙语：Guerra de Restauración portuguesa）是1640年—1668年西班牙和葡萄牙王国之间的战争，导致1580年—1640年西班牙和葡萄牙王国结成的共主邦联伊比利亚联盟解体。17—18世纪的葡萄牙将其称作喝采战争（葡萄牙语：Guerra da Aclamação）。
Marinebasis Portsmouth
朴次茅夫海军基地（HMNB Portsmouth）为英国皇家海军三个现役海军基地之一，另外两个分别为位于苏格兰的克莱德海军基地与位于英格兰西南部的德文港海军基地。朴次茅夫海军基地建于朴次茅夫港的东岸，威特岛以北，皇家海军近三分之二的水面舰艇长期停泊于此基地。基地内设有英国海军总指挥部，舰只维修设备与及供乘务员使用的设施如宿舍及医疗，全部均由英国国防部提供。
