中国国际经济交流中心（CCIEE）是一个公共政策智库，总部设在北京，隶属于中国国家发展和改革委员会。中国国际经济交流中心成立于 2009 年，其自称的使命是 “促进国际经济研究与交流，提供咨询服务”。“中国国际经济交流中心 ”的成立表明，一些学者此前曾认为，中国政策领导人正在努力创建机制，“促进广泛的国内和国际政策讨论”，将政治官员、商界领袖和海外留学归来的学者的专业知识结合起来。
 
 
 
 

中国国际经济交流中心（CCIEE）是一个公共政策智库，总部设在北京，隶属于中国国家发展和改革委员会。中国国际经济交流中心成立于 2009 年，其自称的使命是 “促进国际经济研究与交流，提供咨询服务”。“中国国际经济交流中心 ”的成立表明，一些学者此前曾认为，中国政策领导人正在努力创建机制，“促进广泛的国内和国际政策讨论”，将政治官员、商界领袖和海外留学归来的学者的专业知识结合起来。

Das China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) ist ein Think Tank mit Sitz in Peking, der der Nationalen Entwicklungs- und Reformkommission Chinas unterstellt ist. Es wurde 2009 gegründet und hat nach eigenen Angaben die Aufgabe, „die internationale Wirtschaftsforschung und den internationalen Wirtschaftsaustausch zu fördern und Beratungsdienste anzubieten“. Die Gründung des CCIEE wurde als Ausdruck dessen gewertet, was einige Wissenschaftler zuvor als aufkommende Bemühungen der chinesischen politischen Führung beschrieben hatten, Mechanismen zu schaffen, die „breit angelegte innen- und außenpolitische Diskussionen erleichtern“, indem sie das Fachwissen von politischen Beamten, Wirtschaftsführern und Akademikern, die von einem Auslandsstudium zurückkehren, kombinieren.

Die Chinesische Volksmiliz (chinesisch 中国民兵, Pinyin Zhōngguó Mínbīng) ist eine der drei Säulen der Streitkräfte der Volksrepublik China. Wie die Volksbefreiungsarmee und die Bewaffnete Volkspolizei untersteht sie dem Kommando der Zentralen Militärkommission der Volksrepublik China.
功能    协助正规军、地面作战、边海防，中国民兵是中华人民共和国的非现役武装之一，受中国共产党的领导和指挥。中国民兵多由受过军事化训练的非现役平民组成，为中华人民共和国武装力量的组成部分之一，它与预备役部队一道构成了中华人民共和国的后备武装部队。  中国民兵初建于北伐战争时期，当时中国共产党曾经多次组织工人阶级武装进行起义。之后参与第一次国共内战、抗日战争以及第二次国共内战。1949年后中国民兵转为建设和军事双重作用。训练原则上由县（市、区）人民武装部组织实施。根据训练大纲的要求干部训练时间为30天，一般在一年内完成；民兵训练时间为15天，一次完成。
