商业合伙(Partnerschaftsgesellschaft，简称PartG)是专门为自由职业者共同合作设置的公司形式，单纯以资本入股不包括在内。这种形式使同行业或不同行业的自由职业者得以联合成立互惠互利的企业。

商业合伙对于自由职业者来说具有针对性和灵活性。商业合伙人无须为某位合伙人因工作失误产生的损失负个人责任，损失由失误的合伙人负责。

成立商业合伙须由至少两名合伙人订立书面的商业合伙协议。商业合伙人只能是自然人。合伙公司须向所在地辖区地方法院申报，并以公证的形式在商业登记簿中注册。
