希腊语（希腊语：Ελληνικά，罗马化：Elliniká，英语：Greek），是一种印欧语系的语言，广泛用于希腊、阿尔巴尼亚、塞浦路斯等国，亦有使用于土耳其（包括小亚细亚一带）的某些地区。 希腊语言元音发达，希腊人增添了元音字母。古希腊语原有26个字母，荷马时期后逐渐演变并确定为24个，并一直沿用到现代的希腊语。后世希腊字母最早发源于伊奥尼亚地区（今土耳其西部沿海及希腊东部岛屿）。雅典于前405年正式采用。
