Sir John Cowdery Kendrew, CBE FRS (24. März 1917 - 23. August 1997) war ein englischer Biochemiker, Kristallograph und Wissenschaftsverwalter. Kendrew teilte sich den Nobelpreis für Chemie 1962 mit Max Perutz für ihre Arbeit am Cavendish Laboratory zur Erforschung der Struktur hämhaltiger Proteine.
