莱昂大教堂（西班牙语：Santa María de León Cathedral）是天主教莱昂教区的主教座堂，位于西班牙西北部城市莱昂。
它兴建在公元2世纪的古罗马浴室的遗址上，800年后，国王奥多尼奥二世)将其改为宫殿。
莱昂主教座堂是13世纪哥特式建筑艺术的杰作，于1844年被列为西班牙文化遗产。莱昂主教座堂拥有1,800平方米的花窗玻璃，极为精美，大多为13-14世纪的原作，吸引了众多游客。
