Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada,OPC
The Privacy Commissioner of Canada is an Agent of Parliament whose mission is to protect and promote privacy rights. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) oversees compliance with the Privacy Act, which covers the personal information-handling practices of federal government departments and agencies, and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law.

《通用数据保护条例》（英语：General Data Protection Regulation，缩写作GDPR；欧盟法规编号：(EU) 2016/679），又名《通用数据保护规则》，是在欧盟法律中对所有欧盟个人关于数据保护和隐私的规范，涉及了欧洲境外的个人数据出口。GDPR主要目标为取回个人对于个人数据的控制，以及为了国际商务而简化在欧盟内的统一规范。
Information Commissioner's Office,ICO
Der Information Commissioner (IC) ist der Datenschutzbeauftragte des Vereinigten Königreichs und leitet die britische Datenschutzbehörde, das Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Der IC wird vom König ernannt, ist unabhängig von der Regierung und berichtet jährlich dem Parlament. Neben dem Sitz des ICO in Wilmslow (Cheshire, England) gibt es Regionalvertretungen in Cardiff (Wales), Edinburgh (Schottland) und Belfast (Nordirland).
