1908, 劳力士公司（英语：Rolex S.A）是一家瑞士手表生产商。劳力士公司的前身为“威尔司多夫·戴维斯”（Wilsdorf and Davis），1905年由德国人汉斯·威尔司多夫（Hans Wilsdorf）与英国人阿尔弗雷德·戴维斯（Alfred Davis）在伦敦合伙创立。1908年，公司正式注册“劳力士”（Rolex）作为其手表的品牌名，并于1915年将公司名改为“劳力士手表有限公司”（Rolex Watch Co. Ltd）。
